Hello there!
We created this villa for you to feel relaxed and enjoy yourself with ease. Spend your days by the private pool, cook together in the outdoor kitchen, or unwind in the evening with table tennis or billiards. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for long meals, and four cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Casa L is a place to slow down, enjoy time together, and feel at home while discovering the beautiful Istrian peninsula and its surroundings.
The villa stands in an enclosed Mediterranean garden in Šikići, a quiet village on the edge of Pula. A small supermarket is 150 m away. Pula's Roman Arena, the beaches around Pomer and Medulin, Cape Kamenjak and the Brijuni islands are all a short drive.
Sun loungers, a gentle waterfall, two big sun umbrellas for shade when you need it, and complete privacy.
Why guests love it
Your private pool with a waterfall, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, cleaned for you during your stay. Guests love that the water is fresh and not heavily chlorinated. Heating is available in May so you can swim early in the season.
Cook outside under the covered terrace, with a sink, wine fridge, grill and a large table next to the pool. Fresh fish from the Pula market, Istrian wine, long summer dinners.
Table tennis in the garden, billiards indoors, board games and children's books. The Mediterranean garden is fully enclosed, so children can play while you relax.

Everything is on one level. Each bedroom has two extra-long single beds that we set up together as a king or apart as twins. A fifth bathroom is shared, so mornings stay relaxed even with a full house.

A very beautiful house, a modern pool without chlorine, very clean and an absolutely top location. The owners are a warm and friendly couple who help with everything. The children and we were very happy; it was a dream holiday.

Send an inquiry with your dates. We reply with a complete, all-inclusive price. If you are happy, a 30% deposit by bank transfer confirms the reservation and we send your booking confirmation. The balance is due one month before arrival.

The villa sleeps 8 in four bedrooms. On request we add up to 2 extra beds (8+2) at €30 per bed per night. Baby cots are free.
Yes, pets are welcome for €10 per pet per night. The garden is fully enclosed.
Pool heating is available in May for €150 per week. From June the water is warm on its own.
Yes. Every room has air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi is free throughout the house and garden.

We recommend one. A small supermarket is 150 m away, but beaches (5–6 km), Pula and the rest of Istria are easiest by car. Pula airport is only 4.8 km away.
